Back to School Traditions, Part 4

Okay, so this tradition is so unoriginal. It seems like most people do it, and for good reason. How fun is it to have a first day of school picture of your child...taken each year in the same place? This is the fourth year I have photographed Snapper on our front porch. You can use the porch post as kind of a marker for her growth from year to year. I think the maturing of her face is really significant, too. This was the first year Pepper got his picture taken, and the first year I photographed them together.
